do you have any specific error messages? Otherwise it is difficult to say anything to your problem….
I upgrade management agent and backup agent for 2022, and backup failed.
Before update vbr & vspc, full backup done.

You can check the backup logs here to see - C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup
There will be a folder with the job name and then the logs.
The SPC gives some basic error messages but it looks like we need to gather logs from the server running the agent.
The logs will be somewhere in the second screenshot you posted.
