do you have any specific error messages? Otherwise it is difficult to say anything to your problem….

I upgrade management agent and backup agent for 2022, and backup failed.

Before update vbr & vspc, full backup done.

You can check the backup logs here to see - C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup

There will be a folder with the job name and then the logs.

The SPC gives some basic error messages but it looks like we need to gather logs from the server running the agent.

The logs will be somewhere in the second screenshot you posted.

The key: migrate sql server to postgres sql.

configuration backup must encryption.

@Ethan Can you elaborate on this solution? Did you migrate from SQL to PostgreSQL during the v12 installation? Or did you have to migrate in order to fix the “Failed to perform authentication with the secondary password” error? Does the configuration backup encryption affect Agent backups?
