I am receiving the following error and backups are failing on an air-gapped system.

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint ‘PK_Backup_Model_GuestDatabaseToOibLinks’. Cannotinsert duplicate key in object ‘Database.table’.  The duplicate key value is ‘long string of numbers’.  The statement has been terminated.  Is the only fix for this to rebuild the DB?  TIA

Need some more details - what version of Veeam are you using?  Did you check the logs for more details - C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\Jobname

There is another thread in the community where the person needed to contact Support to get a fix for the Database.  See here - Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_Storages' | Veeam Community Resource Hub

I might suggest a ticket with Support as you don’t want to mess with the DB unless you know how things works.

Thanks for the reply.  I did not check that location for details.  I read that other thread and see that they contacted support I figured I’d reach out here first given the message was different.

The base of the error is very similar so why I recommended support, but mainly due to it being the DB that you need to have checked.
