Fresh install of VBR 12.1.0.2131. New user. Not using Azure. Hyper-V VMs on Server 2016, V.1607, Build 14393.6614. I get:

Are the services for those plugins running?  I would check them first.

Thanks for speedy reply, Chris. Both AWS and Azure services are set to Automatic (delayed start).

First--As @Chris.Childerhose said,@Chris.Childerhose said to ensure all Veeam services are running.

If they are running, try to restart Veeam AWS Service and Veeam Azure Service.

If it is still not working, try to reboot the server.

If it’s not working after reboot. try to upgrade to the new version 12.1.1.56 of VBR.

I should have stated that the backup is to a NAS and a copy is going to a USB drive.

Thanks, CarySun. I have started both services and then restarted them. I’ll see what happens when the configuration backup runs.

Just ran a manual Config Backup. No warning!
