Hi there,

I recently created a new email address and I’m in the process of switching all accounts to this new email address. On the Veeam website, it is, unfortunately, not possible to change the email address, but I had to create a new account instead. It wasn’t a big tragedy because it is (was) my private email address anyway.

I just wanted to register here on the Veeam Community again with that new email address (because it’s using the same account as on the Veeam website). But registering a new account wasn’t possible because my username was already taken (sure, because I took it back in the days).

I also can’t change the username on my “old” Community profile.

Can someone assist me in either changing the username on the “old” profile or deleting the “old” profile?

you cannot do this yourself, this has to do a community admin.

Please write a message to Madi or Safiya. They can fix this for you.
