Hi,

 

Has any one had the below error on the new CDP Proxy function on B&R v11?

Source Proxy Replicator error: encryption; Cannot decrypt message, possible due mismatching key.

I can see that the disk are replicating, but now and then it shows the error? Note this is a new CDP job

 

Two questions here:

  1. Have you got multiple Veeam B&R Servers that are using these CDP Proxies?
  2. I’m assuming there’s some L3 network connectivity between these devices, any SSL interception going on here?

Can you grab the logs related to the error please should hopefully shine more information on this, by default they’re at C:\programdata\veeam\backup\<JobName>
