If I have 3 sites each have individual VBR serve, Veeam console and own repo.

They are managed by 3 different departments staff.

And there is a DR site only has 1 physical server and repo , which save some critical VMs for the 3 production sites.

To increase the SLA, can I deploy CDP and VDRO for this 3-to-1 environment?

First thing is need to virtualize the server on DR site?
