Good morning, everyone!

Quick question. I have a copyjob that is throwing random “No Cloud Gateways available” errors. The odd thing is, it’s the only server that is having the issue and the our cloud connect server is fine. I am not quite sure what is happening between the cloud connect server and that backup server, but I want to get to the bottom of it!

What would be the best Veeam log to check for info on that? I can run through the Windows Event Viewer, but I also want to see if any of the Veeam logs can shed some light.

You all rock! Thank you so much for being great!

Hi,
I don’t have a specific log for you.
But here is the log collecting for cloud connect problems described.

Perhaps you will find something in the tenant log package...

I would start here for the GW -

Cloud Gateway Servers :

  •  %ProgramData%\Veeam\Backup\Svc.VeeamGateSvc*

Then move to this location for other logs -

  • %ProgramData%\Veeam\Backup\CloudConnect\

Fantastic! @Chris.Childerhose @JMeixner thank you both!!!

No problem.  Let us know if you work things out or if we can help further.

@bp4JC , have you chosen a correct cloud gateway in the configuration of the tenant and is that cloud gateway online? Can another tenant connect to that same cloud gateway? The best way is to use a cloud gateway pool that consists of multiple cloud gateway so you have a load balancing.
