Hi,

I am going to done a PoC for one of my customer. But before done PoC customer wand architecture document from me. anyone can suggest me which documents I can share to my customer.

For diagrams you could use Excalidraw or draw.io to mock up their expected deployment.

The below pictures come from the Veeam Certified Architect’s Exam Spec/Guide PDF directly from Veeam:

I find this a great reference point for project workflows and ensure my documentation highlights these criteria.

What are the success criteria for the POC?
What should they do before you arrive?
What will you deploy?
A diagram of what the deployment looks like in their environment.
