Hi All

I am having difficulty doing a full VM restore.  I get the below error.  I do have a veeam ticket open but no results so far.  I think this is a connection issue.  The address of 192.168.12.211 is my vCentre server.

Im using Veeam essentials 12 and vCentre 8.0

I can restore individual files, but not the entire VM.

Any ideas?  Im really stuck.

Thanks

Hello,

Are you using the latest 12.1 build version ?

What is your exact build of vcenter 8 ? To be sure it’s supported with your current Veeam version

You can also have some troubleshoot step here :

KB1198: NFC connectivity troubleshooting steps (veeam.com)

Have you checked the certs involved? You may need to edit the vcenter in Veeam and go through the wizard especially if the certs just been renewed/updated

Hi Guys

Sorry for late reply.  I have no idea what i did but i fixed it.  I had some old vCentre objects still present for our old estate that is no longer there.  I removed all those and some hosts that were added individually (old ones).  Once id done that, it all worked again.

So no idea im afraid, but that fixed it for me anyway.

Kind Regard

James
