Dear community,

 

I just managed to finish a new blog post regarding the Entra ID Backup beta version. Currently I have many customers looking forward to the feature release and I prepared an overview on my blog:

Trying not to loose myself in a deep dive I tried to address the integration into the well-known VBR GUI and the basic functionality and different job types.

 

Looking forward to licensing - hopefully we stay below the prices of CommVault. :-)

Nice post Lukas, as always 😀.

Haven't had a chance to write a post about this beta yet - but the installation and configuration was smooth after a brief hiccup regarding the Tenant ID (which you also mentioned).

And the end result, it works ... the question for our customers is also how many users they can protect with a single VUL. Hopefully it's competitive.

Great blog Lukas.  Have not even had a chance to install this yet or blog about it. Will reference it for sure.  👍
