What or where is the Veeam Online design you are refering to ?

These stencils are the Veeam official design pattern for Visio.

There are some inofficial stencils for e.g. draw.io (www.draw.io)

He meant something like draw.io or excalidraw.com to replace Visio. These applications are completely online and free of cost.
