I would like to confirm if k10 has such a similar function.
This function can verify whether my backup data exists, is complete, and can be restored in the target cluster (resource, quota, and other restrictions)

At this time K10 does not have such a feature to assess resource availability in the target cluster before initiating the restoration process, at the moment those checks must be done manually. If the restore points are available K10 will proceed with the restore.
If you would like this could be raised as a feature request, I will include the details in your post and raise the feature request on your behalf.
