cant install Veeam backup & restore on standalone machine

I am not able to install Veeam Backup & Restore on standalone W11 machine.

Keep getting:

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

and

Fatal error during installation.

 

I was successful installing on internet connected W10 machine, but have not been in standalone W11 machine.

 

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

    I would check the logs here - C:\ProgramData\Veeam

    This will give insight on the failure.  You possibly might need internet if Veeam is trying to download prerequisites.

    What build of Veeam are you trying to install? And what build of windows 11 is it?

    I saw this error when UAC is enabled too. You can try to disable to see if it’s the case.
    The installation logs are located in C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Setup

    To add to everyone’s excellent suggestions, have a look in Windows Event Viewer too.

    Windows 11 build is: 10.0.22000 Build 22000 21H2

    Additionally, have to check the logs and Windows Event viewer?
