Kasten K10 - Bug Policy Preset found in 8.0.6

Hi everyone,

I believe I’ve encountered a bug in Kasten K10 version 8.0.6. When creating a backup policy using a preset that includes block mode export, I noticed that the system automatically forces "Export snapshot references only", even though the preset explicitly specifies full volume export and a PersistentVolume (PV) is present.

To test this, I created a policy that should export the full volume. However, once applied, the policy is transformed into "Export snapshot references only", and even after removing the policy, the export behavior remains unchanged.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi ​@rockandstone , I verified this . It seems to be a UI issue. Actual preset and its policy when I ran it it had a successful export with kanister artificats. We will raise a bug for the UI issue.

Would you be able to share the preset YAML and the policy YAML ? 

Please strip out the receiveString from the policy before sharing it here.
