K10 5.5.4 on K3s (stable). All K10 deployments running, all pods also running, all PVCs bound. I was able to create a policy and use it (snapshot, export). Then I deleted that policy. Now no matter what policy settings I choose, “Create policy” button is dimmed and can’t be clicked on to apply.I tried different options including the ones I had before (simple snapshot + export). I also tried creating a policy for different applications - no change, the button is always dimmed. How to troubleshoot this?

good day, the release notes of v 5.5.2 say that now it’s possible to hide applications from the dasboard by using an Helm flag. https://docs.kasten.io/latest/operating/monitoring.html#k10-compliance Since I’m pretty new to this stuff, I did not understand how can I exclude applications: should I edit a yaml in Openshift for kasten-io project (I’m running on oscp, sure) or shoud I export K10 settings with the command:# helm get values k10 --output yaml --namespace=kasten-io > k10_values.yamlthen edit file file k10_values.yaml adding the Flag and the app names to hide and then reconfigure k10# ??’ how? thanks!!!
HIi try to clean up restore point from GUI, no error but the restore point just wont disappear. i try to do it in command is same result.
HiI try to create new policy and enable snapshot export. i face some error “Profile does not support collections” and i noticed the when i select the export location profile i saw “VBR profiles not permitted here”i checked the location profile for VBR and is valid. anyone have any ideas?

Have run in this situation, when i'm able to backup apps using pv/pvc, restore them in the same cluster, but unable to restore them in a different cluster with k10restore. The catalog server kept on showing me errors after a storage issue yesterday and backups weren’t running anymore. I recreated the catalog DB and Kasten is working again, but I have 500GB + in snapshots that are eating away at my Ceph cluster storage and no easy way to find and delete them. The snaps from Kasten should still be in volumesnapshots and volumesnapshotscontents inside K8.Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Hello,I have a question regarding my snapshots. I have created an NFS location profile. The backups all work fine and the disaster recovery policy works without any problems, but strangely when I download a report it says that I should have 0 snapshots on the storage... also under Data Usage it shows me 0.0B of backups....But funnily enough, I can restore all applications without any problems and they all show up as "Compliant With Policies". Here is a screenshot of my test policy: And here a screenshot of the created folder on the remote storage I don't quite understand whether I don't understand how this works exactly or whether there is a technical issue here... Would a DR be possible at all in this case? Will the data be properly backed up to the remote storage?

Hello! I have a big problem. We had a small network outage in our datacenter and after that I needed to restore an application. I am shocked because my backups seem to be “lost”. After a while of troubleshooting and restarting k10-services, I tried to do a restore and it is working but the export to nfs isnt working. Hi.Doesn anyone know how using Kasten Helm chart (4.5.9) to influence/change default kanister-sidecar behavior?So far I wasn’t able to deploy it as sidecar in any namespace with limits set (without patching deployments ot statefullsets).Kanister-sidecar attaches properly to any deployment in namespace without limits, and I am unable to find an easy way to to change its resources.Did a little bit tweaking of prod-spec-override, but it seems it’s for different purposes
Hello,I am trying to snapshot and export an K8s application through the execution of a Kasten Policy.My environment is installed in air gapped mode and when I ran the policy on K8s the “k10-namespace-generic-volume-2.0.13” blueprint is automatically created. I am guessing if there is a way to overwrite the tag image in the blueprint YAML so the image would be pulled from my private repository and not from public one.I wanna change that image: ghcr.io/kanisterio/kanister-tools:0.72.0toimage: myprivaterepo.io/kanisterio/kanister-tools:0.72.0Many thanks!
