Thank you sir!
I started with this one:
And I have made adjustments to the RPO cycling thru various options that I know should return results.
Yes. Everything is there, and, other reports show data that is current and accurate.
Yes. But more importantly, the summary shows my 48 VMs as unprotected.
Yes, I cycled thru various options, selecting options I knew would - or should - return a value. My protected VM report shows NO protected VMs or restore points.
Sorr for the delay. I checked and there is only one vcenter. I also ren various other reports to make sure the communication with vcenter was working and it is. Not sure what’s going on.
We run backups every day from 10P to 6A. I’ve cycled thru all Options for RPO, no exclusions or anything. No filters. Veeam ONE instance has only been since 10AM today.
As Haslund wrote, it was the full/synthetic setting that was enabled. I disabled that and the job is running as expected. I did open a ticket and Benjamin helped me sort that out. Thank you to each of you who commented. I appreciate it.
I guess that was my question really. Are there instructions for doing this at the DB level? I’ve seen several posts from users with the same issue but no clear instructions for cleaning this up. It seems REALLY inconvenient to have to open a support ticket for every little thing, especially something so minor. Instructions anywhere?
I did not contact support. We are just going to leave the stale reference in there and perhaps one day, the fix will be public.
