Hey @CRDP Welcome to the Community! I came across this https://www.veeam.com/kb4473 which says to upgrade to version 15.3 but you are using 15.5. I’d log a support case with Veeam Support in this instance.
Additionally, does Veeam have access to the repository?

The restore job should tell you what tape it needs first and then prompt you to insert the second tape when it needs it. I am pretty sure that is how it has been done when I have done a restore from tape that spans multiple tapes. Yep, that is right. It should prompt for the next Tape needed to perform the restore.

PowerShell relies on WMF so you may need install each component in turn and reboot in between.Also, have a look at Event Viewer. Might give a clue why it is failing.
Open PowerShell on the Server and run $PSVersionTable It should display a version number. Are you on the right version?

As @coolsport00 said, the account must have access to the Database to be able to back it up. Usually, permissions have to be delegated to the account being used to backup the SQL Server through SQL Server Management Studio

If I am not mistaken the NBDSSL does not apply unless the transport mode is set to Network mode and yours is Automatic, so Veeam selects the best mode and many of them are encrypted by default. This I believe then ties to the second option that passed for network traffic encryption. However, these pages seem to contradict my theory and it looks like you should have a network rule for your LAN to encrypt traffic - Enabling Traffic Encryption - User Guide for VMware vSphere (veeam.com) -- this does mention encryption within the job. Network Transport Encryption | Veeam Backup & Replication Best Practice Guide So, it will be nice to find out what constitutes these as passing if those are not the options that it looks at when running the Analyzer. That sounds right. It should apply when set to Network Mode. If Automatic is selected and Veeam selects Network Mode, it should encrypt the data. Paging @Mildur for clarification

To add, you can remote the affected binaries as per the KB which should stop it being flagged by your Vulnerability Scanner with no detrimental effect on your installation.

How is the multipathing setup? Is it Active-Active or Round-Robin?

Have a question about VMCE Is it still mandatory to do training with an instructor before being able to take the exam? I believe if you have the previous one VMCE2022 you don’t have to take the training. I believe that’s correct. However, if you’ve never passed the VMCE in the past, I believe you still have to take the training (which I’ve now done twice). I’d better go take that test this time! I think generally Veeam follows the same rules as VMware with the VCP exams, where you can update without a class but if you get too old, then you have to take the class again. Great thanks. That is what I thought.
