I am a dynamic IT professional, with experience in technical support, systems management, and customer service, always seeking innovation and constant improvement. I have ease in learning and adapting to new environments and ways of working, and I believe that technology, collaboration and innovation are essential tools for achieving great results. I like helping people and interacting with them, and I believe that technology is an ally for this and a trend for all positions in the future, without leaving the human aspect aside. I really enjoy collaborating, testing software behavior and reporting to programmers, as well as suggesting improvements by observing how it works and also the impression users have.
