If you look at the main screen on the banner, you will see that the Start (Windows) button is located on the right, while the default location of the Start button is on the left:

Looks like a missing cable in the 4th plug and 2 cables plugged into the PC
It’s fine as the first cable looks like it’s going into the plant for earthing
