If anyone uses Storage encryption you may encounter issues with Replication and Restores.  See the following KB for resolution - KB4266: A specified parameter was not correct: spec.vmProfile (veeam.com)

I had the same problem the other day. If I remember right, the encryption policy is even available when you do not use it at all.
