I am baurel I work in Cameroon as an engineer of systems and computer networks, in a company of the place and we integrate solutions with our customers! I received an email from a client of mine who does not need us to renew his license. but the condition is that we must master the solution in order to perform well. on this subject I am a little blocked because its solution is Veeam Availability Suite Enterprise Plus. So I would like to know how it goes generally, and what are the steps to follow for this kind of case in order to satisfy our client.

Without knowing the reasons why your customer doesn't want to renew, it's hard to give you any recommendations.
Enterprise Plus is the highest and most expensive edition of Veeam Backup. And the availability suite is a bundle of Veeam Backup plus Veeam ONE, the monitoring solution. So perhaps you could check if the customer really needs this edition and is using its features. If not, you can offer a downgrade; but please check that with your distributor first.
If the client doesn't want to pay for support and updates, you would need to explain the worth of both; like stability, security, new features and the possibility to contact Veeam in any kind of situation/problem.
